We have the best replace/exchange policy to resolve this issue. If you choose to replace the order then we can help you but there are some conditions that you can consider to get your order replaced. Some of these conditions are as follows:
- When you didn’t get the product that matches your order, the product is not the same as that of a picture/image or as described, due to our fault.
- When you ordered that product mistakenly having a defect and it has already been delivered.
Note: Change of your mind to get a replacement does not apply to the exchange policy.

07 DAYS RETURN:
If you have recognized the defect in the product or the wrong product then you have a total duration of 07 days from the date of product delivery to inform us about the exchange/replacement.
RETURN OF THE ORDER:
You can send back your order and inform us via email at email@example.com while mentioning your order number. You need to return the product within 07 days from the date of delivery.
The charges of the courier to return the product is paid by the customer.
THINGS TO CARE OF BEFORE RETURN:
Before you return the item, make sure that it is not damaged or used at all. We will not accept those products that are used, altered, or worn for exchange.
For the replacement, you need to send the product with all the things that you received with it e.g. its original packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, or manufacturer’s containers. Also, make sure that there’s nothing marked or deformed in the list of the products provided.
We don’t offer any returns or refunds, any money-back guarantee and won’t entertain any return/refund query.
Note: Please note that the damage doesn’t include any issue with the product that is related to the design or style of the product. Rubbing of the dyes is not considered a defect. Likewise, minor stitching issues may occur due to careful quality checks of the product. These may happen during the packaging process and so will not be considered as defects.
